Implementation

We can provide an Ecological Clerk of Works for a development site, or activate mitigation method statements so that projects meet deadlines for works and mitigation measures are successfully put in place. Protected Species Licensing is often required, and we have experience in undertaking Licensed work for protected species groups such as Bats, Great Crested Newts, Dormice and Badgers.

Planning usually involves extensive liaison with various partners, stakeholders, community groups and authorities. For all your planning issues we have contacts in the industry and we have experience of bringing through a project from design to build. We can follow up the ecological survey with advice to help you with any further needs in interpretation and ongoing support, whether you are putting in a planning application or managing a countryside site. At a strategic level we can help in developing Biodiversity Action Plans and at a practical level we can assist in planning how to implement Section 106 agreements. Whether it is species protection work or mitigation and compensation .
